Cancellation Policy
- We require a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- Failure to provide proper notice will result in a $100 deposit required to book the next appointment.
Package / Prepaid Treatments
- All packages or pre-purchased treatments are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Early membership cancellation will result in forfeiture of any remaining treatments and the membership deposit.
